Trial hasnt started yet. They are still doing "Court Wrangling; bunch of continuances and mess. That's OK, though. Just gives these boys a little more time in County to get their new nails good and touch; so's they can practice all ways to hold on to that soap. Neither one of these little boys wants to bend over for Nothing!! Wanta keep that Back staight up-and-down! Theres a court date coming up on Feb14, 2011. Now, that could be a Special Valentines Day. It's another Arraignment for the higher court, I think.

What's Going On In The Case?
I really wanted to know what was going on in the case. I like the Tulsa Court System for allowing such easy access to the information. This system even tells you exactly which Jail Cell thay are currently residing in! Yeah!

Now, here I'm thinking that the 1st Degree Murder Trial should have been started by now for the two little punks; William Stevfon Hurt, and Jerlon Demont Morgan, but found that it hasn't! I talked to Marcus's Aunt "T", in Tulsa, and she told me that the trial for these bastards has been delayed because the Judge on the case fet that the boys had an incompetent lawyer representing them. She wasn't clear on all of the details surrounding that finding and to check in to it.

I did some checking online to see what I could find. Thanks to TulsaWorld online, a Tulsa, OK newspaper, I was able to find links to the Tulsa County Jail Inmate Search and that led to the Court Docket!
It appears that there was a question of the lawyer's competency back on July 6, 2010. There is an entry on that date and a Response to this particular lawyer's compentency on July 8th. The docket just gives a heading and not the actual document that was filed in court. I would have to check with the court clerk's offce for the actual

document to see if it was Morgan's attorney, Ceasar Latimer or Hurt's attorney, Kevin Adams. In any event, one of them apparently was deemed incompetent and has caused a delay inthe trial, while another attorney is found.
